Loeb takes WRC crown as Ford win Wales Rally GB

Sebastien Loeb won his fourth WRC crown on Wales Rally GB today.
The Citroen driver finished third in the four-day event to secure his victory over rival Marcus
Gronholm, who finished second behind Wales Rally GB winner and Ford team-mate Mikko Hirvonen.

Guy Wilks stormed to his first British Rally Championship title while Elfyn Evans won his class and looks like following in his father Gwyndaf's wheeltracks.
It was Ford's first 1 -2 on the UK round of the WRC since 1979 and one of the
wettest-ever rounds in Britain. |
