Heavy rain and mist dogged competitors in the Red Kite Stages Rally at the weekend

However, it did not spoil the running of this popular and well organised event by Amman and District MC.
The club attracted 80 modern and historic rally cars to this famous event in Mid Wales.
Despite the conditions over the seven stages there was a high finishing rate. Seb Ling and Aled Rees (right) took overall honours. See results below.

The Red Kite Historic Stages was run alongside the other event and showed Julian Reynolds and Ian Oakey (left) can still thrill the enthusiastic  spectators.
