This is Vauxhall’s Insignia estate, debuting at Paris Salon on 2 October.

The Sports Tourer will be available in the second quarter of 2009 with a more powerful turbodiesel and a smaller capacity turbocharged petrol in addition to the five powerplants available in saloon and hatchbacks.
Sports Tourer will also be available with front and all wheel drive as well as Vauxhall’s FlexRide system, nine light beam settings and Front Camera System.

The BMW X6 range gets a new flagship X6 xDrive50i.

Powered by a unique twin-turbocharged V8 engine, the vehicle’s 408hp power plant is capable of propelling the vehicle from zero to 62mph in 5.4 seconds before going on to an electronically-limited top speed of 155mph.

The 4,395cc engine features the novel design of two turbochargers and catalysts within the vee of the engine. 

The BMW X6 xDrive50i goes on sale in November priced at £53,930 OTR.

Smarter both aesthetically and technically, the new Audi A6 range makes its international debut this week.

Priced from £24,800 for the new economy-targeting 2.0 TDIe model, the range will reach UK customers in October.

At the same time, the eagerly awaited Saloon RS 6, moves to the head of the range at £76,160. Its Avant counterpart carries a premium of £1,570.
