Loeb is master of the ice in NorwayReigning WRC driver Sebastien Loeb clocked up his second win of this season in Norway yesterday. He opened up a 15sec lead on the second day of the Rally of Norway based in the Winter Olympic city of Lillehammer but saw this reduced by a hard charging Ford driver Mikko Hirvonen. The BP Ford Abu Dhabi World Rally Team claimed a double podium finish in Norway after a gripping final day's action in the frozen forests, where temperatures have been a consistent -30DegC. Mikko Hirvonen and Jarmo Lehtinen finished second in a Ford Focus RS World Rally Car after an enthralling battle with arch-rival Loeb that was only decided in the final kilometres. Team-mates and fellow Finns Jari-Matti Latvala and Miikka Anttila were third in another Focus RS WRC. The championship's next stop is Cyprus on 12-15 March, which is an unusual mixed surface event, with the opening day on asphalt and the final two days on gravel.
