Changes at top of Toyota GB

Toyota GB has promoted Richard Balshaw to Sales Director, replacing Michael Cole who has left the company.
Balshaw, 40, has worked for Toyota for the past 15 years. He began his TGB career as Area Aftersales Manager, and went on to hold a variety of field roles around the country. In 2000 he moved to Network Development and in 2002 into the Marketing Department before being promoted to General Manager Aftersales in 2006. His previous role was as General Manager for Toyota and Lexus Fleet Services.
