Two Welsh dealers are among the top ten for Volkswagen in Britain. The top ten were also among its top 100 European outlets ranked by service quality and customer retention in 26 European countries. VW said the UK outlets proved themselves to be among the best in delivering customer care and aftersales services, they had the lowest repeat repair rates and achieved the best results in service quality and customer retention.
