Mazda UK has launched a free of charge accident and theft aftercare service for customers .

Mazda drivers simply call one telephone number and their claim will be managed by experienced professionals who will liaise with insurers, ensure a courtesy car is provided and minimise the burden associated with insurance claims – all free-of-charge.
‘Call Mazda First’ takes the stress out of an accident or theft through a hassle-free accident aftercare service.
Mazda dealers push for more service and accident work
All accidents, regardless of fault, are directed through a Mazda Approved Accident Repair Centre, ensuring that any repairs are to Mazda standards, preserving original build integrity and warranty eligibility.
Mazda currently has 171 Authorised Repairers as well as a network of 177 Mazda Approved Accident Repair Centres. The developments are part of the Mazda Accident Aftercare programme, launched in August, which is already starting to show growth.
Steve Jelliss, Aftersales Director, Mazda UK said, “A vehicle accident or theft is a very stressful time and our new Mazda Accident Aftercare Service helps to ease the burden for Mazda drivers, by managing the whole post-event process and providing a comprehensive Mazda-specific service. We’re convinced that by calling the Mazda Accident Aftercare service first, Mazda drivers can reduce the amount of stress and worry that they experience following an accident or theft.”
