Fiesta leads small cars dominence in Wales

New car sales in Wales rose almost 18pc in January, according to SMMT figures. Sales totalled 4,820 in the month when scrappage took over 18pc of business and helped offset the 1 January VAT return to 17.5pc. Wales top ten in January were:
