New Renault opens up at Geneva showNew Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet rounds off the renewal of the New Mégane family in style with introduction of the line-up's sixth body type.
The newcomer's striking looks combine the elegance of a coupé with the promise of the thrills that go hand-in-hand with driving a cabriolet.
New Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet builds on the strengths that forged the success of its predecessor - including a large, folding glass roof and a raft of user-friendly equipment - yet it goes further still by offering customers:
• unruffled open-top motoring thanks to the forward position of the windscreen and a fixed glass wind deflector situated behind the rear head restraints
• outstanding handling performance thanks to a stiffer chassis and a new electric power steering system
• a broad choice of efficient and eco-friendly powertrains, including the all-new automatic EDC (Efficient Dual Clutch) transmission
• careful attention to quality, including high-gloss black and satin-effect chrome exterior features.
New Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet is manufactured alongside Scénic and Grand Scénic at Renault's Douai plant in France. It consequently benefits from the experience gained since the beginning of the Mégane programme, including the assembly of the former-generation Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet.
New Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet is an open invitation to enjoy an alternative way to go motoring, and is an elegant illustration of Renault's new brand signature, 'Drive the Change'.  Sales of New Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet will begin this spring.

Sweeping lines to newest SportageThe all-new Kia Sportage will show a dramatic shift in design direction when it makes its world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show on 2 March.
Embodying Kia's new visual dynamism, all-new Sportage is a fresh, bold, athletic and sporty design that blends the key features of an SUV - the commanding driving position, heightened sense of security and raised ground clearance - in a sleek and urban-friendly design.
Longer, lower and wider than the previous generation model, all-new Sportage will offer more space for people and cargo, with improved ride quality thanks to a longer wheelbase.
Michael Cole, Managing Director of Kia Motors (UK) Ltd., said: "Sportage was the car that really made the breakthrough for Kia in Europe and the all-new version will make people sit up and take notice just as the original did. I am convinced it will begin a remarkable new chapter in the Kia story."
The all-new Sportage comes to the UK later this year, with a range of highly competitive diesel and petrol engines.

SEAT is continuing its relentless 2010 new product offensive.
The Ibiza ST is the third silhouette to join the Spaniards' supermini line-up and significantly expands SEAT's presence in this important market segment. The new arrival from Martorell debuts with no fewer than five modern engines and an extensive array of equipment and new technologies.

The roofline stretches rearwards, the rear overhang is integrated perfectly into the overall design and the tight span of its flanks lends tautness to its proportions. The front end bears the hallmark of SEAT's now trademark 'Arrow Design' with the rear end receiving a new look courtesy of the split rear light clusters.
Measuring 4.23 metres in length, the Ibiza ST is 18 centimetres longer than the Ibiza hatch. This creates ample load capacity to satisfy the varied requirements of ST owners. The new car's base luggage capacity of 430 litres is already comparatively generous, and can be easily increased in stages by folding the split rear seats.
State-of-the-art engines see the Ibiza ST offer a choice of three petrol and two TDI units with the latest common-rail fuel injection. Four of the five engines operate with direct injection and turbocharging. Outputs span 85 PS to 105 PS and highlights include the exceptionally efficient new 1.2 TDI and 1.2 TSI.
More details about the new car's specification, pricing and model line-up will be revealed this summer.
