Jeep has launched a new special edition Wrangler in
the UK - the Wrangler Ultimate – which will make this iconic 4x4 stand
out from the crowd.
Based on the 2.8-litre CRD Sahara model and available with a
five-speed automatic transmission, the ‘Wrangler Ultimate’ features 18
inch alloy wheels, sunscreen glass, leather-trimmed interior, and
unique ‘Wrangler Ultimate’ badging. Only 200 models will initally be
available in the UK from the 1st March, and it will come in one colour,
black.
Powered by a 2.8-litre common-rail turbo diesel engine the Wrangler
Ultimate produces 174 bhp at 3,800 rpm offering 339 Ib.-ft. of torque
at 2000 rpm. Top speed is 107 mph.
The two-door Jeep Wrangler Ultimate is priced at £24,650 on-the-road
and the long-wheelbase four-door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Ultimate is
£26,250 on-the-road. An optional Ultimate accessory pack and
state-of-the-art Sound and Navigation system is available. | | |  |
For the new registration month, SsangYong is slashing up to £4,500 off selected Kyron, Rexton and Rodius models.
The minimum discount is £2,500 off of the Kyron EX auto and Rodius ES
auto. So forget the scrappage sheme that offers just £2,000 discount –
if you qualify.
But that’s not all. Until the end of March, all SsangYong models are
available with five years free servicing, as well as a standard five
year warranty, with free satellite navigation and even free automatic
transmission on some models.
The biggest discount of £4,500 takes the Kyron 2.7 SPR from a list
price of £22,495 to just £17,995. Both the Kyron S auto and the Rexton
S auto are reduced by £3,500, taking their on the road prices to
£14,995 and £17,995 respectively. And the Kyron EX and Rodius ES autos
drop by £2,500 to just £18,495 and £15,995. |
