| One of the youngest drivers taking part in this week's Wales Rally GB is 17 year old Aberangell student Osian Pryce. | | He is raring to make his international rally debut on
Wales Rally GB. Whilst this will mark Osian's debut on the rally he has
been an avid spectator over the years and will also be relying on the
experience from co-driver Iestyn Williams, who has contested the event a
number of times before.
Osian and Iestyn will compete on this, the final round of the 2010 FIA
World Rally Championship, at the wheel of a Ford Fiesta ST, with support
from G & M Pryce, Sbardun Motorsport, Morris Plant Hire, Glyn
Roberts Welding, S.J & S Williams Contracting and Mid Wales Windows
and Conservatories.
Osian has already taken five class podiums with this car in his first
season of British rallying, however the youngster is well aware of the
challenges that he will face this weekend.
He said at the weekend, "Wales Rally GB has to be the biggest challenge
of my rallying career so far! I have been looking forward to this ever
since I passed my driving licence in March and now the time has finally
come. I have watched the rally for a number of years now and realize how
tricky it will be, especially if it rains, but I am just aiming to do
my best and we will be focusing on a finish rather than trying to set
some crazy stage times!" © Image Geoff Mayes Media
