 | Just
days after the Wales Rally GB which was the final round of the 2010 FIA World
Rally Championship, the 2010 manufacturer's champions Citroen were back in the
Welsh forests this week testing the all-new Citroen DS3 WRC for next year's championship.

Loeb took to the wheel of the new car on its first run on British soil
and the 7 times French World Rally Champion put the new car through
its paces in the Gartheiniog forest near Machynlleth. The five day
development test saw Sebastian Ogier shake down the
new car in a forest near Pennal.
The 2011 World Rally Championship looks to be
another nail biting season in store with the new Ford Fiesta which has been
testing this week in the Kielder forest complex.
Mini also join the World Rally Championship next year, possibly out as
early as May, with Chris Meek behind the wheel of the Prodrive
developed machine. | | | © Image Gary Jones |
