Welsh dealership scoops major Mercedes-Benz awards

dealer Euro Commercials made their presence count by landing a prestigious
award from the manufacturer.
The Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Finance Team of the
Year trophy for 2010
was presented to Euro Commercials Financial Director, Jeff
Carne (above right) by Ewan Ramsay, Network Operations Director at Mercedes-Benz UK, at a
ceremony in Berlin.
It was a first success in the category for Euro Commercials,
which has headquarters and a separate, dedicated vales sales centre in Cardiff, and other depots in Bridgend, Newport
and Swansea.
The award recognises the quality and timeliness of the
financial data that Euro Commercials supplies to Mercedes-Benz UK - the
manufacturer uses the figures provided by its franchised network to monitor
performance, forward plan and develop strategies. | Euro Commercials' Finance team beat off the challenge of
their counterparts from 21 other dealerships nationwide, to land the trophy.
And there was more good news at
the annual awards ceremony of the Mercedes-Benz Van Sales Academy motivation
and reward programme, when Euro's General Sales Manager was presented with an
important customer service prize, for the second year running.
Nathan Black was Britain's ‘Top Performing CSI
Manager' - a dealership's Customer Satisfaction Index rating is based on
feedback from those businessmen and women to whom it supplies vehicles.
