New British car company Eterniti Motors is releasing full images of
the prototype of its first model, which will be shown at next week's Frankfurt
International Motor Show.
The Hemera, the world's first Super-SUV, will bring new levels of luxury and
performance to the SUV segment when production starts in 2012. | | Hand-built in
London, it will feature a limousine-like rear cabin, including twin electric
reclining seats, iPads and a drinks chiller, giving customers the option of
being chauffeured as well as driving.
However, its relatively compact dimensions, 4x4 ruggedness and dynamic
performance mean that it is more practical than a limousine and offers
considerable driver appeal, with over 620bhp on tap and a top speed in excess
of 180mph.
| | | | Designed for
enthusiasts wanting the ultimate hot hatch, leading UK based performance
specialist RS Tuning has created a ‘Stage 2' tuning
package for the 2.0-litre, turbocharged Renaultsport Megane 250.
It consists of an alloy Forge Motorsport high flow intercooler, a choice
of sports catalyst or cat bypass pipe, a Milltek stainless steel performance
exhaust system with RS Tuning ECU remap for the 250's F4Rt
engine. | The results of RS
Tuning's enhancement work on the 250 bhp Renaultsport RS250 are stunning, with
peak power being boosted by a substantial 70 bhp to a dyno proven maximum of
320 bhp at 5500 rpm.
The Stage 2 tuning
package for the Renaultsport Megane 250 also provides a significant increase in
torque output, reaching an impressive 360 lb.ft (488 Nm) at just 3250 rpm. This
compares with the standard car's peak torque figure of 248 lb.ft (340 Nm.)
Happily, this performance enhancement doesn't come at the expense of tractability,
as over 240 lb.ft (350 Nm) of torque is available from between 2500 - 6250 rpm.
No timing data is
currently available for the RS Tuning Renaultsport Megane 250 Stage 2 upgrade
package, but road and track testing has revealed supercar style levels of in-gear
and outright acceleration. Bearing this in mind, the RS Tuning equipped car
seems certain to eclipse the standard Megane 250's quoted 0-60 mph time of 6.1
seconds, with an estimated top speed (where conditions allow) of over 165 mph.
Available now, the RS
Tuning Stage 2 performance package for the Renaultsport Megane 250 RS costs
£2,199.00 fitted including VAT @ 20% for the cat bypass version (for circuit use
only), while the MOT legal sports catalyst option costs £2,499.00 including VAT
@ 20%. | | | Fiat and Gucci are
now introducing a cabriolet Fiat 500CbyGucci.
Customised by Gucci
Creative Director Frida Giannini in collaboration with Centro Stile Fiat, the

black with the characteristic green-red-green Gucci web pattern printed
lengthwise.
The exterior of the
Fiat 500CbyGucci is embellished by 16" alloy wheels characterised by the
unmistakable retro design of the spokes. The hub caps have a double G
logo in matching body colour, and Gucci signatures in italics are displayed on
the tailgate and door pillars.
The passenger
compartment of the Fiat 500CbyGucci also brims with eye-catching features:
stylish stitching, exclusive materials, satin and polished chrome-plated
elements, a velvet-effect finish on the radio panel, and two-tone Frau leather

belts. |
