SEAT, SsangYong and Citroen slip in some newcomers

SEAT is revealing an expansion to the Mii city car
line-up with the first glimpse of an even more versatile five-door version.
Of course the new
five-door Mii remains true to core SEAT principles - meaning it's both a
pleasure to drive, and a pleasure to own.
The car will be launched in the last
quarter of this year, almost |  | six months after the Mii three-door is in
showrooms. In either three- or
five-door form the Mii scores top marks for fuel consumption and emissions
thanks to its lightweight design and efficient drivetrains. This applies
in particular to the newly-announced Mii Ecomotive.
Thanks to a
start/stop system, brake energy recovery and other measures to improve fuel
economy, the Mii Ecomotive makes do with just 4.1 litres of fuel per 100 km,
equating to CO2 emissions of only 96 g/km for the 60 PS
version and 4.2 litres per 100 km - 98 g/km - for the 75 PS Mii. These
impressive statistics apply to both the three- and five-door versions.
The car's compact
format - it is just 3.56 metres long - makes the Mii the perfect companion for
today's urban environment. Yet, thanks to its optimum use of space, it
offers plenty of room for four adults. With a volume of 251 litres the
Mii also boasts one of the largest luggage compartments in its class, expanding
to an impressive 951 litres with the rear seat back folded. | | | Distinguished by its special 18 inch alloy wheels, rear
spoiler and privacy glass, the Ssangyong Korando LE includes luxury touches
inside such as heated front seats, leather covered steering wheel and gear
shift, and for extra safety and convenience, cruise control and rear parking
sensors.
Styled by Italian
car designer Giorgetto Giugiaro of Ital Design, this latest addition to the
Korando crossover line-up is covered by the standard 5 year |  | | unlimited mileage
warranty available on all SsangYong cars and priced from just £17,995 on the
road. A highly competitive
low interest finance offer of £259 a month is available on the Korando LE,

Bold modern styling and
a luxurious interior with aviation inspired cockpit roof with a pilot-style cabin will have individual appeal to owners.
It is the first production Citroën with Hybrid4 full-hybrid
diesel 200bhp powertrain and depending on mode the emisisons rise from 99g/km CO2. It has five
doors, five full-size seats and up to 465-litres of boot space. |  | Citroen say it is aimed at business user-chooser customers as well as retail buyers.
It tests it has picked up the maximum 5-star Euro NCAP test rating, including 97%
Safety Assist score.
Features include Créative Technologie keyless access &
start; smart beams; colour head-up display and new Lane Departure Warning
System (LDWS).
There are eight body colours, six wheel designs and nine
upholstery options and it's price bracket is from £22,400 to £32,200 for range-topping
